The differences of CSP process and traditional craft products were investigated from microstructure, organization and texture. On this basis, to identify the key factors of performance differences and further optimization of process parameters were design. Finally, the performances of ultimate ultra-low carbon deep drawing steel were optimized to improve. The experimental results are as follows:(1) The hot rolled sheet and annealed cold rolled sheet which were dealed with traditional process had the comprehensive mechanical properties. Inclusions of traditional crafts are mainly of Al2O3, with a small amount of S compounds, and inclusions are in the shape of a circular-based with small size. CSP process has more complex and number inclusions composition such as Al2O3, Ca, S and Mn compounds.(2) Two processes contain nano scale precipitated phase, the main component were S, Cu, Mn, and a small amount of Si, Mg. Precipitated phase may be sulfide of copper, manganese.(3) Traditional crafts sparse coarse nanoscale precipitates are conducive to enhancing the density of the y orientation texture to get better stamping performance. In the CSP process more distribution of nano-scale dispersion of small precipitates is not conducive to enhanced y orientation texture.(4) The name of the test steel recrystallization temperature of550℃-560℃. The different holding temperature significantly affects microstructure and mechanical of test cold-rolled plates. Along with insulation temperature has increased, stamping performance was improved. Deep drawability of the test steel at720℃with12h is better, which have good elongation and higher value of r.
