Manganese-doped SBA-3was prepared by hydrothermal method using CTAB as structure-directing agent, TEOS was silicon resource, followed by calcinations in air at550℃for6hours. And the catalyst was first used for oxidation of cyclohexane.Nano Silver-doped MCM-41was prepared by hydrothermal method using CTAB as structure-directing agent, TEOS was silicon resource, then followed by calcinations in air. And the catalyst was used for oxidation of p-nitrotoluene.In order to assessing the catalytic activity of the prepared materials, the liquid oxidation of cyclohexane was carried out under mild reaction over mesoporous MnxOy/SBA-3using aqueous hydrogen peroxide (30%) as oxidation and acetic acid as solvent without any initiator. The investigation indicated that both catalysts showed relatively high catalytic activity. The effects of some parameters (such as different solvents, reaction temperature, reaction time, different catalysts, and the dosage of the catalyst) on conversion of cyclohexane and the selectivity of final products was studied and the optimizing conditions has been obtained. Fast hot catalyst filtration experiment proved that the catalyst acted as a heterogeneous one and it can be reused two times without losing its activity to a greater extent. The results also showed that the main product was cyclohexanone and the convertion of the cyclohexane was60.2%, and the selectivity of the cyclohexanone was72.2%when MnxOy/SBA-3was used.In order to evaluate the nAg-MCM-41catalytic activity to30%hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant. catalytic oxidation of the nitro-toluene system nitrobenzoic acid under relatively mild conditions. After the study, the results show that the catalysts have high catalytic activity. This article discusses the different types of catalyst and the catalyst in the catalytic performance under different conditions of the reaction solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time, and reuse efficiency of the catalyst. The results show that the main product was p-nithbenzoic acid, convertion of the p-nitrotoluene was61.3%. and the selectivity of the p-nithbenzoic acid was85.1%when nAg-MCM-41was used.
