With the development of social, petroleum hydrocarbon pollution of theenvironment is becoming increasingly serious. It causes extremely great harm toEcosystems and human health. It’s necessary to take a petroleum hydrocarbon efficientprocessing capability. Petroleum is a hydrocarbon. Hydrocarbons are the material ofmost microorganisms in nature. It’s very practical value to take a practical approach todomestication of petroleum hydrocarbons with efficient removal of the ability of thestrains screened from nature and increase the degradation ability of strain. The studyfound that microbial immobilization can improve the microbial utilization of petroleumhydrocarbons. Microbial immobilization method has many advantages as a biologicalremediation technology. They are High microbial density, rapid response, microbialloss of less, product easy separation, and easy control of the reaction process, and so on.Microbial immobilization method is a high efficiency, low consumption, operationmanagement, easy and very promising pollution control technology. This study includes the following contents. First is that to filter out the degradingability of strain on oily wastewater. Second is to study the culture conditions of thestrain and the degradation of crude oil conditions. Third is that to study the strains ofthe best immobilization methods and conditions. The main results of this thesis are as follows.(1)A certain degradation of the capacity of the degreasing bacteria A2is screeningfrom activated sludge screening. Preliminary identification of the degreasing bacteriais Pseudomonas species.(2)The paper preliminary study the degradation characteristics of the degreasingbacteria oily wastewater. Five factors (Temperature, pH, nitrogen source concentration, the cast of bacteria, diesel concentration) with a greater influence of degreasingbacteria degradation ability are research and analysis in order to determine the bestdegradation conditions of the degreasing bacteria. Experiments to determine the bestdegradation conditions of the degreasing bacteria as:Temperature:30℃,pH:7.0,nitrogen concentration:1.5g/L, the cast of bacteria:5%, diesel oil concentration:4g/L.Under optimal conditions, the oil degradation rate is56%to the diesel concentration of10g/L of liquid medium after7days. The results show that the degreasing bacterium tohigh concentrations of oily wastewater has certain degradation ability.(3)The immobilization methods used in this paper is the embedding. The embedding material is polyvinyl alcohol (10%) and sodium alginate (5%).Through thecomparison of experimental results found that the degreasing bacteria after embeddingare better able to adapt to the harsh conditions of degradation than the free bacteria. The orthogonal experiment is order to study the best degradation conditions. Theresults show that temperature has the greatest impact on the degradation of theimmobilized particles Followed by diesel concentration, pH and nitrogenconcentration.
