The development of chemical industry in the world, has improved the quality of human life, but caused some damage to the ecological environment. Especially the widespread use of fuel oil, which produced a lot of SO2causing great harm to human health after burning. FCC has high concentrations of sulfur content, which accounting for more than80%of the total gasoline, The formation of acid rain may cause great damage to buildings as well as crops corrosion. In the face of deteriorating living environment, the Traditional program of pollution first and then the governance can’t solve the problem from the root. It requirements us to reduce or even eliminate pollution from the principle, so Green Chemistry is very popular, and the research of FCC Gasoline desulfurization has already become the hot spots and focus of the exploration of the chemical industry which ionic liquids as a new medium and soft functional materials has been widespread concern worldwide for its unique physical and chemical properties as well as an attractive industrial prospects. This paper mainly explore the microwave synthesis of ionic liquids and gasoline desulfurization. Firstly, microwave-assisted synthesis of the three ion the liquid BmimCl. OmimCl and DmimCl, the characterization and analysis of the IR spectra, and ionic liquid OmimCl, synthesis, for example, a single factor and orthogonal analysis, Conclusions are as follows:Microwave-assisted synthesis method compared with conventional synthesis, with a short time, less consumption, less pollution and many other advantages. However, there are also a set temperature can not maintain a constant defect. The single factor experiments and orthogonal drawn ion liquid OmimCl, best microwave-assisted synthesis conditions were:microwave power400W. intermittent reaction time150s, N-methylimidazole and chloro-octane amount of substanceratio of1:1.2to batches by adding N-methyl imidazole, better feeding, the production rate of95.84%.Secondly, this paper has dissused ion the liquid DmimCl in the microwave-assisted oxidation-extraction desulfurization, desulfurization mechanism of simple analysis. On the basis of single factor experiments, the desulfurization process optimization, optimum desulfurization conditions.Microwave-assisted ionic liquid DmimCl removal of model oil benzothiophene single factor experiment results for:microwave power=400w, the reaction temperature T=55℃. the catalyst to oil ratio=1.0, reaction time t=12min, v (H2O2)=2.5mL Plackett-Burman experimental design, draw t (reaction time) on the basis of single factor experiments, response surface methodology to optimize the model oil desulfurization process, the catalyst to oil ratio and T (reaction temperature) is a significant influence on the desulfurization ratefactor. Box-Behnken design of optimum reaction conditions as follows:oil ratio=1.1, T (reaction temperature)=54.58℃, t (reaction time)=13.56min. Under the optimal process theory desulfurization rate of95.36%, the optimum conditions of the actual desulfurization obtained the actual desulfurization rate of92.54%. and can prove its good fit.
