In order to reduce the pollution of the environment and improve fuel efficiency,many countries have made strict specification limits on sulphur content of fuel oil. The conventional hydrodesulfurization used to remove the majority of sulfur-containing compounds,but many stubborn sulfide almost can’t be removed by hydrodesulfurization, for example benzenethioph ene and dibenzenethiophene derivatives, So many developed countries have been studying the new desulfurization technology for FCC gasoline,Oxidation desulfurization of non-hydrodesulfurization become a hot spot of research.Removing sulfide in FCC gasoline by the selective catalytic oxidative extraction has been studied in this paper.The following is the experimental process and results:1. Initial synthesized five the molybdophosphoric acid quaternary ammoniumsalt of catalysts, The catalyst was tested by IR spectroscopy.2.Taking model gasoline as study object,the results showed that selectivity and activity of [HMIM]3PMo1204o is higher than others. In this condition:T(Reaction temperature)=60"C,t(Reaction time)=75min,n(Catalyst)/(Sulfur)=0.04, n(Hydrogen peroxide)/n(Sulfur)=4, V(Acetonitrile)=4mL,R(agitation speed)=1000rpm,the desulfurization rate was up to75.3%. The results also showed that the aromatic contents has little effect on the desulfurization rate,the olefin contents has great effcet on the desulfurization rate.3.The results of single-factor experimental on the desulfurization of FCC gasoline was similar with model gasoline. It indicated the desulfurization of model gasoline is very reliable. Inthiscondition:t(Reactiontime)=90min,T(Reactiontemperature)=60℃,n(Catalyst)/(Sulfur)=0.04, n(Hydrogen peroxide)/n(Sulfur)=5, V(Acetonitrile)=4mL, R(agitation speed)=1100rpm, the desulfurization rate was up to75.8%with the [HMIM]3PMo12O40.In the end, the catalyst can be recycled4times without a significant decrease in activity. Its average desulfurization rate was74.9%.
