With the society developed, the consumption of fuel oil is increasing. At the same time there are many environment problems since the sulfur oxides exhaust into atmosphere. The problems impel the government and institute to dedicate resources to develop a new technology for the desulfurization. Oxidative desulfurization (ODS) has been considered to be one of the promising alternative methods for deep desulfurization because the condition of reaction is kindly and peaceful. In this paper, the lanthanides phthalocyanines are synthesized in nitrobenzene via temperature programs. The precursors (Ln(PcTn)2) are characterized by IR, XRD, SEM etc. And then, Na2S is used in order to get the compounds (Ln(Pc)2(NO2)6(NH2)2). And these compounds are characterized by different methods.ZSM-5is used as the catalyst carrier due to its special channel structures.3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane, toluene and ZSM-5were mixed under vigorous stirring at reflux temperature for5hours in order to bring the Cl group on the surface of ZSM-5. After that, the compounds (Ln(Pc)2(NO2)6(NH2)2) are loaded on the ZSM-5by the chemical method and the catalysts are obtained. These catalysts are charactered by different physical chemistry methods. All the catalysts are tested in the lab conditions. And the Ce-catalyst is researched by the chemical dynamic as the catalyst for the thiophene oxidation. The "absorption-oxidation-leave" model is supposed finally.
