The lead zirconate titanate(PZT) piezoelectric ceramics materials by traditional solid state sintering process were researched in this thesis. The affect of doping of Sb2O3and In2O3on the piezoelectric properties and PZT piezoelectric ceramics micro-structure were studied by X-ray diffraction, SEM, Agilet4294, and the effect of nanometer powder on lowering the PZT’s sintering temperature were researched. Meanwhile, we hope to get good comprehensive properties of PZT piezoelectric ceramics. The results shows that:The doping of Sb2O3will get the PZT piezoelectric ceramic’s properties hardening. It can greatly reduce the dielectric、electromechanical coupling factors Kp, piezoelectric constants d33and greatly improve the mechanical quality factor Qm, all of that helps reduce the ceramics’ power consumption because of inner friction during application. When the doping content of Sb2O3is0.6wt%, the crystal plane of PZT is compact and integrated, while the parameters are as follows:εr=1354, tanδ=1.625%, d33=350pC/N, kp=0.66, Qm=4750.A proper doping of In2O3can greatly improve the piezoelectric and dielectric properties. The grain size of the PZT ceramics doped with proper amount of In2O3was inhibited and homogenized When the doping content of In2O3is0.3wt%, we can get high piezoelectric parameters like d33=540pc/N, εr=1513, Kp=0.764, Qm=1819, tanδ=0.023. When the amount of In2O3was0.1%mol, the PZT ceramics presented most optimal ferroelectric properties:Pr=23.43μC·cm-2, Ec=9.783KV·cm-1.The Nano-Scale Components sintering lowered the PZT’s sintering temperature, but piezoelectric performance performance poor. Taking nanometer powder as matrix and adding regular power by mixed sintering process, the PZT’s sintering temperature can lower to923℃, however, the nanometer particles and regular particles cannot sinter together, the piezoelectric performace is bad. When taking regular powder as matrix,the lowest sintering temperature is980℃. The grains grow well and combined closely. The piezoelectric constant is at most384pc/N。...
