This subject research of purple mixed copper smelting micro-alloying was took the reverses--ible addition method,precisely added specific amount of metal impurity in high purity cathode copper,the experimental research of the influence of one or several metal impurity on the organization and electric conductivity of copper.The intermediate alloys of CuFe5,CuA110and CuLa10were prepared by the method of metal melting in early period of the experiment. In the atmospheric environment,prepared Cu-Fe,Cu-Ni,Cu-Al,Cu-Ni-Al and Cu-Fe-Al-(La) alloy speci--mens by using intermediate alloy, electrolytic nickel,high purity cathode copper and refined charcoal in no core intermediate frequency furnace.Separately studied the influence of a small amount Fe(WFe=0.2%,0.5%,0.8%,1.0%),Ni(WNi=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%),Al(WAl=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%) and (Fe,Al) compound join (WFe=0.2%,0.5%,0.8%, WAl=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%),(Ni, Al) compound join (WNi=0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,WAl=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%),(WNi=0.6%,0.9%,1.2%, WAl=0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%) on the organization and electric conductivity of high purity cathode copper,and also discussed the influence of the microcontent rare earth La (WLa=0.01%,0.03%,0.05%,0.07%,0.09%) on the organization and electric conductivity of copper alloy specimens contain the Fe,Al(WFe=0.5%,WAl=1.2%).As-cast specimen was used homogeniz--ing annealing of the heat treatment process in the experiment.Lastly tested the chemical constitution of as-cast alloy specimens, and also tested the metallographic analysis,the tensile test,the hardness and electric conductivity of as-cast alloy specimens and homogenizing annealing state specimens,Further analyzed alloy phase and organization of all alloy specimens by the method of XRD,SEM and EDS.In theoretically analyzed and discussed the influence of Fe,Ni,Al,La elements on the organization and property of pure copper.This text aimed at when purple mixed copper was directly used in industry,avoiding the great influence of some metal impurity element on property of copper,providing some theoretical reference for the disassembly and classification and the metal impurity in purple mixed copper caused to the copper micro-alloying when it smelted.The results of experimental study show that:(1)In the atmosphere environment adopted intermediate frequency furnace, and took suitable melting process via the copper intermediate alloy can be in more effectively join Fe, Ni,Al,La micro-alloying elements in the copper,in order to founding composition specific "purple mixed copper" alloy sample was studied.(2)In this experimental condition,all of the different degree refinement and invigoration effect on copper either alone or compound (Fe/A!,Ni/Al) to join Fe,Ni,Al impurity element in pure copper fluid.The strength and hardness of the copper have different degrees of improvement,but the conductive rate of the copper have different degrees of reduction with the content increase of metal Fe,Ni,Al.The strength and hardness of as-cast alloy specimens have different degrees of reduction,but the conductivity of as-cast alloy specimens have different degrees of improvement which as-cast alloy after the homogeneous annealing.(3)The addition of suitable amount of rare earth elements La in Cu-0.5Fe-1.2Al alloy specimens,the maximum hardness HB is72.1and conductivity rate IACS is66.7%of As-cast specimens(the hardness HB is61.9,the conductive rate IACS is59.2%before add in the rare earth elements).The hardness and conductivity of alloy specimens obviously increasing after add in the rare earth elements La.(4)Preparative alloy samples by high purity copper,through the XRD and EDS analysis showed that microcontent metal elements Fe, Ni, Al was alone added in copper substrate,Fe,Ni,Al totally solid soluble in copper substrate,only found a lot of a-Cu phase in alloy specimens organization.Apart from most of the solid soluble in copper,also may generate complex phase when compound to join,such as K-Al3Fe,β-Al3Ni and Cu3Al2.(5)The added in microcontent rare earth elements La in Cu-0.5Fe-1.2Al alloy specimens,La have very strong purification and deterioration effect.Through the XRD and EDS analysis showed that the sample organization contained a-Cu and Al2La phase,it also possible exist chemical compounds phase such as δ-AlLa,K-Al3Fe, Cu3Al2and CuLa,these are to be proven by further experiments.These await to be further test ascertain.
