The judgment and choice in control method of acceleration and deceleration are important indexes of the computer numerical control machine tool. Different computer numerical control systems need corresponding control methods, Speed control decide the performance of the computer numerical control system.Focusing on the economical computer numerical control system, this paper does some research on the stepping motor in the control method of acceleration and deceleration based on the minimum deviation method, with Reducing static variables and parameters transfer, shorting the long transfer of program, Simplifying operation of multiply and divide, this control method solved time problem of the computer and added The feeding speed up to2500mm/min. the operation of this speed control methods is easy, according to the load, then changing the running frequency and the highest acceleration of the computer numerical control system, The operator could make the machine tool working with the computer numerical control system. This speed control method basing on the minimum interpolation algorithm meets the requirements in accuracy and speed of the economic numerical control system.Request of acceleration and deceleration control method of most current numerical control system in high-grade is diversified, so no kind of acceleration and deceleration control can meet increasingly high precision and requirements of numerical controlled machine tools. After reviewing and comparing the control methods of acceleration and deceleration in Straight line, triangle function, index, linear and parabolic, the S curve and quartic curve control methods of acceleration and deceleration in quintic displacement curve is explored to obtain a better processing result. The experimental results show that, through the control method of acceleration and deceleration in quintic displacement curve, the acceleration of acceleration is more continuous and smooth, soft shock is smaller, quality and precision in processing are higher. the control method of acceleration and deceleration in quintic displacement curve is also applied to a numerical control equipment.
