Along with the carbonate reservoir developing, the fractured eakage of carbonate formation has causedt great difficulties in drilling to oil and gas exploration.The traditional plugging methods of physical bridge plugging and chemical gelation slurry plugging are low rate of success, which reduces the drilling efficiency of development.Therefore, researching a Plugging method being appropriate for the eakage improves sealing effectiveness.According to the nanlysis of fracture loss and low efficiency of sealing, evaluating the slurry plugging technology and bridge slurry plugging technology based on the advantages and disadvantages for fractured loss. Based on the requirement of material property to fracture leakage and treatment,we select cement materials, isolating liquid agent GYW-301, GYW-401as the drop water loss, composite alkali for activation agent, coagulant agent, inspected the suspension stabilizer isolation drop water, activate agent on the liquid leakage engineering performance influence law.Combined with well-environment can be inspected the work of the liquid leakage curing engineering applicability, showing that The fluid has good rheology> strong thixotropic and high solidification properties.The fluid has good cementation quality in different plugging conditions. The influence law of materials on solidified cementation quality in different leakage zone was studied. The result shows that early strength of the plugging fluid is low and later strength of it is high in low temperature. And the result is opposite in high temperature. Through the micro analysising, different temperature of the generation of different proportion of C/S (CaO/SiO2molecular ratio) C-S-H Cementitious material.At the same time, the dosage range of plugging additives was confirmed. This paper analyzed the reasons of low early strength in low temperature, optimized suitable early strength agent and studied microcosmic mechanism of accelerant to early strength. Plugging efficiency of different plugging materials to fracture leakage were studied in lab. The dosage of plugging additive2%WTD-300can confined6.9MPa.Based on lab studying and the particularity of fracture leakage, scheme design of the plugging fluid was proposed and field tests were conducted many times in Sichuan and Chongqing Area. Tests indicate that the pluggingl fluid has many good performances of simple field compounding、strong antipollutio、high safety and well pressure bearing capacity. It shows the fluid has the value of industrial application.
