The research aim of this paper "Intelligent Thermal management Apparel Design and Research" is to explore one kind of research method of intelligent garment throught optimizational design of refrigeration system and control system, and find out the difficulties and solution, and the important factors of intelligent garment in the developing process.Furthermore, we do a series of numerical simulation and parametric design to set up parameter system and design standard after the prototype was exploited successfully.The thesis has five sections. At first, we set forth the definition of smart clothing and its development. At the ame time, we put forward the innovation and operating principle.Secondly, the main work is to design the structure of refrigeration system after the selection of cooling mode, including the design of semiconductor cooler and determination of parameter.Thirdly, the theoretical analysis of thermal comfort for human back. Human back mathematics model of heat transfer was established utilizing the Penns equation. We drawed the change of the back temperature under refrigeration source and no refrigeration source througnt Matlab numerical simulation.Fourthly, numerical simulation of the flow field of the refrigeration structure. About refrigeration system structure design, what is different with common air conditioning refrigeration system structure design is that we should not only consider the refrigeration way and medium, but also how to combine with the effect of the key human tissue to heat refrigeration system to optimalize refrigeration structure and parameters. Therefore, on the basis of the theory analysis of thermal comfort for Human back, by establishing human back and refrigeration air piping3d model and meshed with professional grids software ICEM CFD, simulate analyze the meshed airflow model with computational fluid dynamics analysis software CFX to get refrigeration air pipe structure and related parameters.Fifthly, the design of control system of the intelligent thermal management apparel, the design of the control system mainly includes the hardware system design and the software program, the design of the hardware system is mainly through the circuit optimization design and the selection of component to the special needs of the human body. The design of the software system is to write program to realize the function of hardware on the basis of the hardware design. Finally, the full text are summarized and discussed.
