It is known the most of reasons of part’s failure are caused by the wear of part, so the working life of part is decided by the abrasion resistance of material’s surface. To increase the working life of part, how to improve the abrasion resistance of material is the key point that the enterprises are noticing. According to tribological theory, because the shear stress of the solid lubricant coating is lower, a layer of solid lubricant coating is prepared, which can significantly reduce the wear of rubbing pair. But now, with the rapid development of industrial engineering, there is a higher and higher demand for the abrasion resistance of part, and this problem can be well solved by preparing regular uniform texture moulding on the coating’s surface, surface engineering is put forward in this premise.This is about the KF301/WS2modified lubricating wear-resisting coating which is prepared by supersonic plasma spraying, laser remelting and surface texturing technology, the micro moulding processing is taken by laser on coating’s surface, getting four surface features:dimple, rhombus, parallel and discontinuity, reasonable frictional experiments are made for different coatings, tribological characteristic of KF301/WS2lubricating wear-resisting coating of four different (dimple, rhombus, parallel and discontinuity) tracks and part laser remelting is studied under room temperature.The research shows:(1) Different texturing patterns have a certain effect on friction factor and abrasion loss.(2) Friction coefficient of mouldling surface of broken texture is about0.011in the initial stages, while the friction coefficient of dimple and reticulate texture is about0.0084.(3) Dimple, rhombus and parallel microtopography make frictional state enter stabilization quickly, effectively restraining the wave of abrasion loss.(4) When wear time reaches to1hour, abrasion loss of broken texture is0.03mg, while the abrasion loss of dimple texture is about0.014mg.(5) Tribological properties, from high to low, in turn, are dimple, rhombus, parallel and broken texture.
