Reciprocating pump play an important role in the scopes of mining exploration and water treatment equipment. The scope of application of Triplex single role reciprocating pump is restricted because its uneven flow for larger, achieved20%above. Actually, reciprocating pump are on a long stroke, low flush times development direction, some scholars proposed hydraulic drive and linear motor drive reciprocating pump. In theory, the flow of hydraulic drive reciprocating pump and linear motor drive reciprocating pump can realize flow stability, long stroke, low flush times, but because technology and characters there is still a lot more work to do.Be dead against the flow problem of crank rod system reciprocating pump, this paper puts forward to the ball screw instead of crank connecting transmission. Through this paper triple double role reciprocating pump of the ball screw, mainly for the following areas:(1) First, according to triple double role the ball screw the flow rate of the reciprocating pump, calculated the different stroke and different liquid cylinder diameter combination of three sets of double role the ball screw reciprocating pump, and compared different combinations of numerical piston’s velocity, acceleration and the hydraulic force factors; Then according to the selection of parameters are calculated to get the ball screw and putting the basic sizes and checking; In the end,design the controlling system;(2) Next, base on force on the reciprocating pump, find the easiest failure part is ball screw; Then analysis contact stress and contact deformation of the ball screw nut pair and through the finite element simulation calculation of workbench, research the screw’s contact stress and deformation bigger than contact stress and deformation; In the end, put on the prevention measures;(3) Through to the ball screw servo system dynamics analysis, get servo motor torque variation law with time; and then study the ball screw’s elastic deformation of the output flow influence; Through the software simulation of Simulink software, confirm the result of uneven flow for degrees is under the condition of ball screw’s elastic deformation;(4) Finally, through analyzing the phase error of each league of ball screw reciprocating pump, get curves of each phase error influence flow, then simulation analysis phase error with the AMEsim software, the result of phase error of flow is the homogeneous degree a maximum of4.88%. uneven pressure for a maximum of0.0519%.
