The oil depot is a professional warehouse which have the function of storing, supplying of petroleum products, which plays a very important role in the coordination of crude oil production and the link of processing and transport of oil products. With the development of computer control technology, oil depot integrated automation technology has been greatly improved, forming a new generation of control technology as the core of computer-controlled.The development of the oil depot operations abroad and the problem of oil delivery control are analyzed in this paper.To take a fuel depot for example, domestic Terminal Automation distributed control system is studied, The control system is composed of PC monitoring system and control station. They are connected with the Profibus-DP. The host computer comprises an industrial control computer and CP5611card. The control station is conformed of the local control device and intelligent slave station. The local control device perform the function such as quantitative control, spill control, anti-static control, intelligent slaves mainly through variable frequency to control.In order to improve the accuracy of oil depots operation, reduce the water hammer effect, reduce energy consumption. A presentation is made on the electro-hydraulic valve control and frequency control. Oil Control, respectively, focus on the working principle of the frequency control system is introduced, and the plan is designed, system mathematical model design and the achievement of control algorithm design. Mathematical model is established based on the ideal conditions and through Matlab simulation analysis, it is proved the validity of the model. For achieving the precision of the motor speed control, three control algorithm—PID control. Fuzzy control and PID-Fuzzy composite control are adopted. With the help of the Matlab Simulink tool to select the appropriate parameters, achieved good control effect.Three control algorithms also have been analyzed on the dynamic performance.
