Intelligent well system had been putted into application from1997, in a foreign country had been the rapid development and scored remarkable achievements. Intelligent well technology is not yet started in China, only the introduction part of the intelligent completion technology in the application, the country does not have a completed intelligent well systems. The source of the subject of this article, mentor borne by the national key project on intelligent well systems research and development of the project produced a set of down-hole flow control system, the system uses mechanical means to control the flow. Hydraulic valve system in the process of R&D and production, the demand for in-depth study, especially the slide motion drive elements-the electromagnetic valve.In this paper, a finite element numerical simulation of the magnetic field and the flow field of the electromagnetic valve in-depth analysis of research. The magnetic field analysis using ANSYS electromagnetic field module to analyze, the flow field analysis using ANSYS CFX simulation of three-dimensional visualization. The content and features of the subject, the specific content of this paper is as follows-.1、To collect relevant data in smart wells, electromagnetic field, flow field analysis, in-depth understanding of specific issues on the subject, identify the specific research methods and programs.2、 The use of CAD、 PROE for two-dimensional modeling of three-dimensional design of the electromagnetic valve, determine the relevant parameters. CAD、PROE is very efficient mechanical design software, simple operation and parametric design tools, simulation model of the electromagnetic valve can be established soon.3、Collect the relevant information of the electromagnetic finite element analysis method, combined with the material and the magnetic field finite element theory, the use of ANSYS magnetic field module to the magnetic field of the electromagnet of the electromagnetic valve, magnetic finite element analysis, and analysis of the specific parameters of the electromagnet on the electromagnetic properties of impact.4、Computational fluid dynamics (CFD), turbulence theory, the introduction of, in preparation for the analysis of internal flow field of the solenoid valve.
