It is a sodium chancelblocker insecticide with the characteristic of high activity, targetselectivity and low risk.This paper describes the evolution of structure and effectiveness of usage.This paper offers the routes based on the literatures. This paper designeda reasonable route after summarizing the routes in the literaturers.According to the experimental discovery, starting from chlorination,Frieldel-Craft, cyclization to catalyzing the chiral reaction, FMOCprotection。 The route is validated.This paper researched mechanism of respective reaction, including FMOCprotection and relevant reaction condition， which is not found in theliterature analyzed the relevant chromatography. The NMR-H validatedroute has advantages in terms of fewer steps, stable process that issuitable to the large scale production.
