Thin-wall Part of Aluminums Alloy and engine turbine blades with synergistic function are widely spreaded and used in domain areas such as aerospace. As these parts owning poor rigidity properties are mostly using milling process that lead to the machining accuracy and surface roughness of processing part are difficult to guarantee. At the same time, it is also result in the poorer processing efficiency in workshop due to applying the conservative milling parameters, so that it is tough to satisfy the statue quo which the modern enterprise pursuit the goals of high product quality and efficiency goals. Therefore, how to improve processing quality and efficiency of tnin-walled parts have great significance and practical value in researching area.In the paper, on the basis of the theoretical mechanism of high-speed milling and combining the result of two parts milling test, the milling parameters optimization system which combine genetic algorithm with nonlinear programming, to be researched and developed, the main research content as show below:First, this paper analyze the relatively content of the software system requirements, the overall design of software include the framework, work flow processes, data flow diagram and system functions. Second, in order to obtain the test data which used to optimize the milling parameters for software system, designing the two parts milling test and analyzing the effection of part surface roughness affecting by single and interaction of milling parameters. Then, summarizing the importance degree of single and interaction of milling parameters and on the surface roughness, also, proposing reasonable method to choose milling paremeters. Third, in order to provide the constraints of surface roughness for milling parameters optimization, the surface roughness prediction model for the two parts is established based on the milling parameters, which can solve the strongly non-linear relationship between milling parameters and surface roughness perfectly. At last, basing on the established surface roughness prediction model, the optimization model of milling parameters are designed for achieving the maximum material removal rate, which is limited by constraints of the machine tool and cutting tool performance, and the requirements of surface roughness.According to the above research achievement, the software system of milling processing surface roughness prediction and milling parameters optimization of aviation typical parts was developed, and the system running instance was given at last.
