The Synthesis Of Alkyl Hydrazine Compounds

Alkyl hydrazine is important organic drug intermediates, widely used in thepreparation of the medicine, the agricultural chemicals. In recent years, applicationfield of alkyl hydrazine is expanding.This paper aimed to study on alkylhydrazine.This contents included the following information:Tertiary butyl hydrazine was prepared by Hofmann rearrangement ofmonosubstituted N-chlorourea which was synthesized through the reaction of tertiarybutyl urea and chlorine. The process conditions of synthesizing are studied and thesynthetic conditions were as follows: n(tertiary butyl urea):n(chlorine)=1.0:1.05,reaction temperature is15℃, reaction time is4h. the yield was90%. The product wascharactered by IR spectra and NMR spectra．The present paper has studied the synthesis using the process with phenylureaand chlorine reaction synthesis of phenylhydrazine. Stsuied on the the effects of ratioof raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent, feeding speed andsequence in the reaction. the yield was89%.The product was characterd by IR spectraand NMR spectra．The present paper has studied the synthesis of other compounds using theprocess with1,1-dimethylurea, cyclohexylurea, isopropyl urea with chlorine reactionrespectively synthesis of other alkyl hydrazine compounds. Stsuied on the the effectsof ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent, feeding speedand sequence in the reaction.
