Mesoporous materials, due to their special pore structure and large specific surface area, have great adsorption capacity and high activity. They were widely used in selective adsorption and separation, nanoassembly, sensors, drug release system and so on. New materials can be prepared by loading mesoporous materials with transition elements, rare earth element or load oxidizer reducer, this new material has higher catalytic activity and selectivity, is also the front area in catalyst field. Based on the hydrothermal synthesis of mesoporous materials, the article explores the synthesis of mesoporous silica and its applications of drug controlled release and loading of mesoporous silica with noble metal nanoparticles, the article was divided into the following several parts:1. A series of mesostructed silicates had been synthesized by using two mixed surfactants anionic surfactant and triblock copolymer as template and TEOS as silica source respectively. Model drugs, Sulfaguanidine and Troxerutin were introduced into the chanels of mesoporous silica via a physical adsorption process, and the drug delivery systems were got. XRD, TEM, FT-IR, N2adsorption-desorption, and thermogravimetirc analysis were used to characterize the structured properties of mesoporous silica and the drug controlled-release systems.The in vitro release studies of Sulfaguanidine and Troxerutin gave the idea that the release rate was strongly depended on the pore diameter of the mesoporous silica and the molecules of the drugs.2. Metallic nanoparticles encapsulated in SBA-15were synthesized by a two-Sstep route. Firstly, a new material was got by decorating the mesoporous silica with2-aminothiophenol fixed in the channels, then mixed with noble metal ions, the new material was used as reductant and fixactive to adsorb noble metal ions and restore them, after calcinlation, the mesoprous silica loaded with noble metal nanoparticles was synthesized. With the FT-IR, XRD and TEM, the influnence of the concentration of Pt4+ the pH value to nanoparticles’characteristics was inwestigated. Pd/SBA-15, Au/SBA-15, Ag/SBA-15can also be synthsized through this way, showing this way has universal applicability in synthesis of mesoporous materials with precious metal nanoparticles3. Ag/mSiO2are synthesized by a one-step route with triblock copolymer and TEOS as template and silica source, anliane and silver nitrate as media and silver metal ion source, respectively. Moreover, these mesoporous materials were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform IR spectroscopy (FT-IR), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Besides that, Ag/mSiO2was used as catalysts to catalyze the reduction reaction of p-nitrophenol and detection of hydrodgen peroxide.
