Deflagration Fracturing technology as a special oilfield productiondevelopment way has successively been used in most oil field, especially in lowpermeability reservoir and the effect of increase is very clear. Based on themechanism of Deflagration Fracturing, we discusse detailedly theimplementation conditions,the advantages and disadvantages of actualconstruction process and the applicable lithology of Deflagration Fracturingtechnology. Through the present technical requirements,way up and down,blockmeasures,ignition type of Deflagration Fracturing, we have to do further contrastand analysis of its two gas generator and three kinds of construction technology.According to the domestic and foreign experts suggest of the relationshipbetween dynamic mechanical parameters and static mechanics parameters ofrock, based on a block formation logging data and the fracturing data of northernshaanxi, transformation formula of static and dynamic mechanics parameterscalculation and optimization of the formation parameters must be go on through the selection respectively of several shear wave slowness experience formula. Atthe same time,we make use of the relational expression between ground stressand stratum failure pressure to solve the size of ground stress. Through thecalculation we can get the result as follows: poisson’s ratio of rock is0.186,young’s modulus is27.282GPa, the maximum principal stress is31.4MPa, theminimum principal stress is20.0MPa. Through the optimization of DeflagrationFracturing software model, combined with burning rate equation, massconservation equation and energy conservation equation, we set a model aboutparameters such as pressure and temperature of burning stage of gunpowder andso on in order to research P-t,T-t relation curves of burning process ofgunpowder in enclosed space and its influence factors about explosive quality,explosive wall thickness and initial pressure. In addition, we take the research ofgas-liquid interface movement rules, the relationship between the pressure andtime, fluid flow in crack, gap length and gap width when cracks is in the formingprocess.Rely on Deflagration Fracturing commercial application software, we take asimulation of X-45well within a block of northern shaanxi.As a result,the peak pressure of the well in the fracturing relatively close to the measured.Themultiple yield of gunpowder burns is2.72and actual multiple yield is2.54. Theevaluation error range about effects of increasing is6%~9%and calculationaccuracy is higher. Moreover, we take a approximates simulation of the twolevels of Deflagration Fracturing of charge under different quality with theapplication of the software and analyse the advantages of the fracturing effect oftwo levels of Deflagration Fracturing. Also we discusse the influence of peakpressure and production ratio about explosive quality, perforating density, staticfluid column pressure after Deflagration Fracturing to provide a theory basiswith each parameters selection in actual construction process,Meanwhile,toguide the development direction of Deflagration Fracturing technology in thefuture.
