1. Electrochemical Behavior of ImidaclopridThe electrochemical behavior of imidacloprid (IDP) on glassy carbon electrode has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The result shows that the electrochemical reduction of IDP is irreversible and controlled by diffusion. At25℃, the numbers of the electrons transferred of IDP in the electrochemical reaction is four. The diffusion coefficient of IDP is2.44×10-F6cm2·s-1and the diffusion activation energy is calculated as to be9.33kJ·mol-1.2. Analysis of Imidacloprid inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin ploymerThe formation of the complex of Imidacloprid with β-cyclodextrin polymer was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy,’HNMRspectroscopy, powder X-ray diffractometry (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG), UV-visspectroscopy (UV). The results show that Imidacloprid can form stable complex with β-cyclodextrin unit in β-cyclodextrin polymer in stoichiometric ratio of1:2and the formation constant is Kt=5.59×104M-23. The solubility of IDP can be evaluated as6.35g·L-1.The water solubility of the inclusion complex was12times that of IDP.4. Study on inclusive reaction of β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives with DiafenthiuronInclusion interactions of β-cyclodextrin and P-cyclodextrin polymer with diafenthiuron (DFT) in aqueous solutions and EG were investigated by UV-visspectroscopy. The results show that DFT can form stable complexs with β-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin polymer in stoichiometric ratio of1:2and the formation constants are3.22×104M-2and1.21×104M-2respectively in EG. In this paper, we also investigated complexation of DFT with β-cyclodextrin polymer in aqueous solutions. The1:2molar ratio inclusion complex was obtaind and the formation constants is3.42×104M-2. The solubility of DFT in aqueous solution was increased and its absorbance can reach0.564.
