Because of energy shortage, make full use of thermal power plant generating steam after heating is the most ideal state, so the use of Multi Heat network heating technology is a kind of important way. Multi heat sources networking heating system hydraulic condition is relatively complex, need for system’s simulation analysis, develop operation programs,to assure system operating safety. But there is almost no application of Multi Heat network heating technology in heat system whose drop of120m.This article take the Shanxi Yangquan City source networking heat-supply system as the research object, the heating system is composed of3power source to provide heat, as the hump topography, terrain elevation of120m, while the pipe pressure ability of1.6Mpa. In order to ensure the heating stability, according to domestic relevant design specifications&network status, using HacNet as a tool, using simulation method, from the system of heating load, heat capacity, heat/pressure distribution and other aspects of analysis, and on the basis of calculation conclusion design was implemented in the heating system of the remote centralized monitoring system. The results are as follows:1、The whole network heating load.2、Multi heat source network optimal operation of heating system control scheme.3、According to the outdoor temperratuer, the heat season is divieed into several stages. Simulation of the pressure distribution in each stagers,with the help of HacNet, to ensure the safety operation of the heat system, and to summarize the key points of pressure control pressure control and pressure control scheme.4、 Design of multi heat sources networking heat-supply system of remote centralized monitoring system.5、Compile and debug source network heating control system in heat exchange station automation control program.6、Through the actual operation of heating systems, verification and control to optimize operation rules. Practice has proved that the heating system is running well, the temperature control accuracy of±1℃, heating system control to achieve the accuracy requirements.
