Residential Area Green Space Environment Evolution And Its Influence Factors Analysis

After 1980s of the 20th Century, with the rapid developing of residential area, green space of residential area is improved a lot quantitatively and qualitatively. At the same time, with real estate and land management patterns of China changing, green space index becomes an important index of measuring development level of cities. When property law issued in 2007, the 70 years limited of residential land stimulated the prosperous of property market. The price of residential land increased a lot. Developers try their best to maximize profit and also meet the green space index. How to define’real’ratio of green space? How to analyze the evolution and developing direction of residential green environment and use the land effectively? These questions attract much attention.To answer above question, this dissertation takes Jinan for example. By using statistics, contrast and quantitative analysis influence elements of evolution of green environment of residential area or blocks, find future residential green space environment design direction and methods.The dissertation is divided into four parts:1.Introduce background and meaning of this research, define some concepts, explore related researches, and introduce research methods.2. Analyze the evolution of residential green ratio in Jinan, including contrasting of different periods of green space ratio and influence elements etc.3.The core of this dissertation:by study into a large number of case, analyze green space ratio and their relevant to other control index, such as FAR, construction density and landform etc. Additionally, analyze the relationship between landscape green space and architectural environment, for instance architecture layout, sunlight and surrounding environment. After that, show relationship between landscape green space and artificial landscape including design of square, collocation of vegetation and water feature arrangement.Combine a large number of case studies and analysis of investigation; comprehensively discuss residential green space evolution elements.4. Provide a range of solutions for problems that found in evolution analysis. Firstly, lack of concern about humanization will be analyzed in term of leisure and communicate spaces missing. Then from the points of green space scale and green space ratio, try to find the appropriate amount and scale of green spaces that more humanity. And these can also be scientific guidance for residential area planning.
