As a new kind of equipment used for ultraviolet curing and with UV-LED as its illumination element, UV-LED point light-source irradiator is well characterized by high efficiency, long life-span, being energy saving and environment friendly, short response time, which are also LED’s own features, and it is gradually replacing traditional light source in photocuring field. However, on the one hand, the illumination quality of UV-LED relies greatly on the performance of its drive power supply; on the other hand, there exist common disadvantages in relevant domestic drive power supply, such as large incoming current harmonic wave, low Power factor, low Efficiency. To solve these problems, the drive power of UV-LED point light source with PFC and of high-efficiency is mainly studied in this thesis. Main tasks include:1. High frequency switching power supply converter is an ideal converter used in utility power input’s UV-LED point light source irradiator drive power supply for its small size and light weight, high converting efficiency and power density. But the traditional switch power supply is characterized by disadvantages of large input current harmonic wave and low power factor, so that in order to improve switch power supply performance, the active power factor correction (APFC) technology and the soft switch technology are adopted in designing AC/DC+DC/DC two-stage converter respectively.2. The single-stage APFC based on flyback converter chosen as AC/DC designing circuit structure, a detailed analysis is made in this thesis of the circuit working process in continuous conduction mode (CCM), and also a steady-state analysis is made of the circuit implementation of PFC principles through average current control mode, and finally it is verified that the single-stage APFC converter output voltage is defected with comparatively large ripple.3. NCP1651from ON Semiconductor Company is chosen as the control chip, a single-stage APFC flyback converter is designed with output voltage of48V, output rated power of90W, and its circuit is tested to reveal that input current waveform is similar to sine and input voltage is of good synchronization. 4. As far as the back-stage DC/DC converter is concerned, the half-bridge LLC resonant converter chosen as its main circuit structure, this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the circuit working principles and the timing process of switch ZVS complementation. When in steady-state analysis, this thesis discusses the effects of circuit parameters on converter performance and puts forward a design method for converter parameters. Finally Saber software is applied to simulate the circuit working process and verify the rationality of the parameter designing.
