At crane designing, it’s very necessary for calculate the mechanism andstructure load effectively and accurately, particularly important for thetransmission mechanism. Crane designing mainly basis on the static, converteddynamic to static load when calculate of dynamic load by dynamic loadcoefficient of estimate dynamic load. There are8dynamic load coefficients,respectively corresponding to eight kinds of dynamic loads in"GB/T3811-1983crane design specification". The elastic coefficient of dynamicload for transmission mechanism. Rigid dynamic load coefficient in thecalculation of the inertia force, the dynamic load caused by time, regulation ofits use in the range of hoisting, luffing mechanism, operation mechanism and therotation mechanism. Rigid dynamic load coefficient using a wider scope, havecertain distinction for dynamic load of four body using same dynamic loadcoefficient of dynamic load, the accuracy will influence.This paper intends to study the institutions of the dynamic load coefficientindependently. The rigid load defined is the theoretical basis. The hoistingmechanism transmission system is mathematical modeled, Analysed thedynamic load of lifting mechanism in different conditions. Analyzes the effectlyload on two factor of starting mode and institutional gap. Derived calculationmethod in different conditions of rigid dynamic load coefficient. And analysedthe parameters of the dynamic load coefficient. considering the formula isreasonable and simple, Obtained the hoisting mechanism formula.Proved theformula is accuracy and rationality. Provides a new basis for the calculation ofhoisting mechanism.
