Ankang Municipality Based On Urban And Rural Areas As A Whole Urban And Rural Settlement System Reconfiguration Optimization Research

Urban and rural settlements system is a hierarchical sequence in a certain area, composed of city, town, village settlements and spatial distribution system. Since reform and opening, the urbanization process in China is rapidly advancing, in2011China’s urban population exceeds the rural population for the first time, which marks a reversal occurred for thousands of years of rural residents, urban and rural population structure, urban and rural economy, society and space, lifestyle and other profound changes occurred.Well-being is located in the Qinling Mountains, poor environment for economic development (construction land, frequent natural disasters, transport facilities, etc.). small-scale traditional agricultural economy under the conditions of formation of settlements, scattered, and with the improvement of traffic conditions, a large number ofrural population of migrant workers, the characteristics of remote urbanization of the population, rural housing "vacant" and "amphibian population","part" is widespread, so lower so that the utilization of existing infrastructure and service facilities, the size of the populationalso reached the threshold of less than a public product configuration requirements. Meanwhile, with the changes in the way of farmers’ production, the corresponding life needs change, so starting from the requirements of the urban and rural integrated development, integrated use of the theory and methods of geography, regional economics, urban system, village system, co-ordinateurban and rural settlements system within the region is significant.The thesis takes Ankang City as it’s study object. combined with the subject of" integration of urban and rural construction planning in Ankang city (2011-2020)", on the basis of field investigations and studies, First,Full understanding and analysis of the layout of the Ankang’ urban and rural settlements development; Second, the study to summarizes the main factors to affect the layout of settlements development; again put forward the ideas of Ankang’urban and rural settlements reconstruction and optimization;Last,ideas under the guidance of well-being of urban and rural settlements system reconstruction optimization, try to build the system framework for reconstruction and optimization of urban and rural settlements system. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The layout of urban and rural settlements mainly by the force of the impact of the four areas, namely:the guiding role of farmers’ production and lifestyle changes, the basic role of the natural environment, the leading role of the industrial development, the supporting role of traffic conditions.(2)The content focus of Reconstruction and optimized of urban and rural settlements is different,"reconstruction" is reasonable to determine the hierarchy and the size of the population. including the scientific selection of grades at all levels settlements system and the integration of rural settlements;"optimized" mainly includes the settlements’ functions,industry, transport and spatial structure.(3) Urban and rural settlements’reconstruction and optimization needs to consider the four main aspects are:the ways to realize settlements safty "the ways to reconstruct of the settlements system ","the integrated approach of rural settlements"."The ways to optimize settlements system".(4)The Ankang’s urban and rural settlements’ reconstruction and optimization system should proceed from the following aspects:First, the delineation of the concentrated residential areas; Second, reasonably determine the settlements grade and scale;Third, Comprehensive optimization of settlements function, industry, transport and spatial pattern.
