Digital Storage Type Stray Current Tester Hardware Circuit Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of our country’s economy in recent years, rapid growthin the number of electrified railway and oil gas pipeline causes more and more straycurrent interference source and increases serious harm. For example, stray currentcorrosion may cause pipe perforation accidents which not only bring greatinconvenience into people’s lives but also cause serious pollution of the environment.Therefore, to take positive and effective detection and prevention measures of the straycurrent has far-reaching research value and great practical significance.This paper described the hardware circuit design and implementation of strarycurrent tester with function of digital storage, and completes the following work:1. It introduced the research status at home and abroad, thus determined the testingmethods used in the design of the tester, namely, P/S dection and DCVG dection.2. According to the functional and technical requirements of stray current tester, itdesigned the overall structure of the apparatus and the hardware circuit systemarchitecture.3. It completed the functional module design of the tester hard ware circuit, such asthe main control circuit, data acquisition and control circuit, automatic range switchingcircuit, power control circuit and interface circuit.4. It completed the functional module design of the control program of dataacquisition, such as the program of the A/D conversion control, data transmission andswitch control.5. It completed the debugging of hard wire circuit and control program, andvarious performance tests, thus achieved the design functions and specifications.6. It put forward the improvement measures according to the problem of the tester,and forecaseted the development trend of the stray current detection device.
