| Subway project has the following characteristics:large-scale investment, technological complexity, long duration, and involving a wide range. Therefore, it is necessary in the feasibility phase to assess the subway construction project risks in order to take appropriate countermeasures to avoid uncertain events affecting the normal realization of project goals.Metro project development and construction faces various risks from economic, policy, natural and social environment, technology and other aspects. All of the risks are often interrelated and influenced each other, and it is difficult to quantify its size and nature. This paper analyzed the characteristics of risk of subway construction project, and on this basis, proposed the use of analytic network process to evaluate risk of the subway project.The paper includes the following four parts:Firstly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the subway construction project, and summarized the method to identify and evaluate the common project risk; Secondly, the paper built a subway project risk evaluation index system for subway construction and opening process, including6first-class indicators and32second-class indicators, and explained various indicators; Thirdly, this article built a subway project risk assessment model of the analytical network process, on the basis of the subway project risk evaluation index system; Finally, one example of the urban subway construction project was given that applied the Metro project risk evaluation model of the analytical network process to the empirical research. |
