In order to satisfy the growing cargo transport requirements, the operation of heavy haul train transportation is imperative. However, the force of heave haul is more complex than the ordinary trains due to the following factors:the increasing of train weight, the growing train formation, the increasing of the draw and braking force,more time needed when break wave delivers.Train operation or during braking the train caused by the longitudinal force is too large decoupling, off the hook, derailment, and off the Road Accidents often occur, and how to ensure the safe of freight transportation become a key issue of China’s heavy haul.In order to control the longitudinal force of the heavy haul within a certain range, the paper focuses on the heavy haul braking system,The limitation speed of brake wave leads to the non synchronization of the trains’braking, and then making the longitudinal force increases exceedingly,so this paper focus on how to improve the braking wave velocity solutions. Secondly, Introductionthe brake signal transmission system based on the GSM-R wireless network, and gave the relevant functional modules of the system. After pretreatment Brake control system will Transmission the the brakeing signal from the locomotive main point to Vehicle node module by GSM-R,in order to achieve theoretical synchronous braking.This article analysis the longitudinal force model during braking. Finally, we have developed an integrated model of train longitudinal dynamics in Matlab/Simulink software, Measured data in our system simulation can be drawn, the brake control system can improve the overloaded train synchronized braking performance, and reduce the vertical impulse train, and provide protection for the safe operation of trains. |
