As the car oil pollution more and more serious, the resources is gradually drying up, domestic and overseas have strongly developing the electric car, the electric car battery charging station is necessary for the promotion of electric car development, so the research and development of electric car battery charging station is inevitable. To car battery charging station’s weakness such as too long charging time, a kind of charging control system based on CAN bus of distributed electric vehicle station is designd in article.1. It realize the fast charging, and give the overall design of the system. This article chooses lithium iron batteries. This article use charge’s methods of the three stage charging, there are the trickle charging, constant current charging and constant voltage charging, so it have realized the fast charging of the battery. Each charge spot use the distributed structure arrangement pile and connected with mainframe through the CAN bus, achieved data communication with the PC.2. The overall design scheme of hardware system is given. In hardware platform, STM32F103ZET6chips is the core, the whole bridge switching power supply circuit realize the battery charge; Design sampling circuit of voltage, current, temperature and protection circuit, make the different groups of switch tube cannot conduction at the same time, prevent inverter circuits conflict and the phenomenon of overvoltage, overcurrent or high temperature.3. The system of application software is designed on the basis of hardware. Realize the voltage and current sampling of charging process. Collect the data and send to the upper machine through the CAN bus and displayed on the PC screen.4. Adopt the experts fuzzy PID control and establish output voltage model and simulation analysis. Research expert fuzzy PID control algorithm. Establish output voltage model and expert fuzzy controller, guarantee the stability of the current output voltage. Make comparative analysis of simulation results through MATLAB simulation.The system uses the method of the three phase charge and realized that lithium iron batteries fast charging effect. Experts fuzzy PID is application in the fast charging system, made the charging system more stability and anti-jamming, achieved the effect of accurate control in charge process.
