Under The Background Of Rapid Urbanization Small City Commercial Function Planning Study

Planning of business functional areas provides a guidance for city commercial health development, it is the important content of commercial planning. At present, after years of practice, commercial function area planning in large and medium-sized city in China, has formed a relatively complete theory system, and got a large number of experience which accord with our cities’ characteristic. In rapid urbanization, the problems of commercial zone in small city have become increasingly prominent, but because of the small city’s commercial planning starts late, study were few, and angle of view was narrow either, so it is still using the existing experience of large and medium-sized cities, and the theory and method are lack too.First of all, this article took the specific performance of small cities in rapid urbanization changes as the first step, including space, public facilities, population, social economy and other aspects of specific changes which the rapid urbanization bring into small cities.Secondly, based on the small city status information and data collection and analysis, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the small city and large and medium-sized city were compared, summed up the two class city in the functional areas of business planning factors of similarity and difference, and then determine the key factors, and on this basis put forward small city commercial function area planning requirements.In addition, this paper uses the city geography, city economics, business economics, statistics, ArcGIS method, combined with the small city commercial function area planning requirements, to the small city commercial function area planning method was studied, and from macroscopical (grade, function and level) medium (size and location) and micro (specific settings) the three perspectives, and then propose a targeted small city commercial function area planning method. In addition, due to the small city of new city proportion is higher, and is different from the old city’s actual conditions, this paper also analyzes the new city commercial function area planning point.Finally, application of the proposed specific programming method, take the Qinjiang town as an example, made the specific planning.This research shows that, in the small city, population and infrastructure are particularity, especially in the population structure, spatial distribution, the dweller consumes ability, sources of information and traffic facilities, road area per capita, environment related facilities and other details show the most obvious difference compares to the large and medium-sized city, according to these factors, planning idea also made corresponding adjustments; for specific methods, retail saturation and ArcGIS buffer superposition analysis, quantitative method for small city commercial function area planning have provide a more reasonable, more precise about size and location analysis method in functional areas of business, according to the specific setting, small city also has its own emphasis.
