In this thesis, we designed the electric controllment system of thebrushless direct current(BLDC) motor. The system that we designed possessesdistinguishing features of good running, fast response, high efficiency, aswell as strong overload capability.The outline of this paper is as follows:(1) The principle and the historical background of ultra-high speedcamera were introduced in the first part. Then,introduced the developmentof the motor as well as Its controment system, By comparing and analyzingwe selected BLDC motor which based on DSP controment system as the drivingequipment of the ultra-high speed camera.(2)Introduced the principle of the BLDC motor and the mode of Itsconnection,then compared with the different connection modes and analyzed themoving characteristic;Finally,designed the positive or negative whirligigcontroment system for BLDC motor.(3)We selected TI TMS320LF2407chip as CPU in circuit design. The electriccontrol system can realize hardware audio filtering and soft ware digitalfiltering. High speed and stability control system can be obtained by usingthree-phase motor circuit, software programming, PI algorithm and high speedswitch.The key part of this paper was the speed controment system which wasstructured by current closed loop and speed closed loop,then designedreasonable current and speed adjustor based on PI algorithm, the proper dutyratio PWM wave was created by this two adjustor in order to control the speed. |
