Computer simulation uses computers to imitate research objects according to similarprinciples in the process of imaginary systems.Computer simulation is a high-tech integrated technology which can shorten the development cycle,improve the quality and save outlay in the process of research and development.It receives universal attention from advanced countries in the world.It is an important research direction that computer technology is used in the field of system simulation application.In the military field,in order to effectively use the system of combatting,the training of the commander is essential,but the cost of actual training is very expensive.So,as far as possible to spend a small amount of funding,reduce the cost of training to achieve the best results. Simulation technology is safe, reliable, confidential, and flexible application of high-consumption ratio.Firstly, this paper discusses the current situation an problem of the infantry unit simulation training, then the necessity of construction of distributed combat simulation system is confirmed. Based the open source simulation engine Delata3d, this paper carries out the research on the key technologies of the software architecture of simulation node, communication protocol and consistency control. The software architecture and pattern of the simulation node and the main control software are designed. In order to promote the interconnection interoperation between each simulation node, the special functions and basis functions are separated. The network with the hybrid centralized and distributed architecture is constructed, which can support the real-time interaction. The formulation of communication protocol is used to update the shared states and maintain the consistency of each simulation node. In terms of timestamp and dead reckoning, the consistency control algorithm is proposed to maintain the consistency of simulation, which can improve efficiency of data processing and reduce the demand of the network bandwidth.Finally, the infantry unit simulation training system is constructed and is applied to army training.
