With the rapid development of industry control, manufacture、aerospace and automotive, servo control system has been the important domain in domestic and foreign research. Because of their own excellent characteristics, permanent magnet synchronous motor is gradually becoming the mainstream of the motor. How to improve the control performance and reliability of the system became the focus of all scientists and scholars. In the motor vector control system, the acquisition of motor rotor position and speed is indispensable. In traditional motor control system we often install mechanical sensors,so it will increase not only the system cost, but also greatly reduce the accuracy and reliability of control system. Therefore, senseless vector control system came into being, and will become the trend of the development of the motor control system. There are many methods used to estimate the position and speed, such as by measuring voltage of the motor and the current to indirect gain back EMF,so as to estimate the position and the speed, which limit the low speed operation of the machine, and is sensitive to the estimation of machine parameters. In order to solve the problem of low speed running, with the background of vector system, analyze the coordinate transformation theory, set up the mathematical model, then compare and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of various control method. Finally the paper presents an theory of high frequency signal injection and combined with the kalman filter theories. The problem of recovery is implemented in a second order low-pass filter with heterodyning process. Finally, the simulation results show it is feasible for low speed, including zero speed.
