| A large number of studies have shown that the dynamic characteristics and joint surface characteristics of various components determine the dynamic characteristics of the machine. Therefore, the establishment of accurate equivalent dynamics model and the test method of various components to obtain the dynamic characteristics parameters of various components are of great significance, which is also one of the key technologies to improve the machine level of R&D.Firstly, the test principle of bearing dynamic parameters is introduced and the bearing equivalent mechanical model is established. The concept of bearing assembly is put forward and the bearing assembly equivalent mechanical model is established when identifying bearing parameters. The test and simulation results show that the method of using bearing components to identify bearing parameters is not only feasible but also has higher recognition accuracy.Secondly, based on the dynamic parameters test principle and identification model of bearing, the peak resonance test program is selected, the test device is designed and the test system of bearing dynamic parameters is put up to test different specification bearings. Finite element ANSYS is used to check the main components strength and analyze the modal of the test device, accordingly, the structure parameters is obtained, which is proved the test device meets bearing parameters test requirements.Finally, the generic test device is developed to verify the correctness of bearing test principle and to obtain the basic data of bearing to support the design of universal test device. The bearing parameters identification process is demonstrated in detail combined with the bearing dynamic parameters test system. Two bearing parameters are obtained through experiments, and it shows that the test results are ideal comparing with simulation results. |
