The market requires the development of settlement for bulk materials to the direction of high-precision,efficient,fair,reliability.therefore, the performance of various types of high-precision belt scales requirements increase,but the stability and durability of weighing accuracy become the principal contradiction.the real-time tension compensation technology was put forward to solve the contradiction.In this system,the real-time tension needs to be detected to meet the tension compensation technology. This paper will research as follows:Firstly.a specific implementation plan for needs of nanjing TRI is developed, the system experiment platform and the structure of centralized control and management is designed.the paper set up the overall architecture including hardware layer,driver layer,communication layer,functional layer and application layer,the function of layers is designed and the meaning of the layers is illustrated.Secondly,the paper takes ARM7-TDMI-S LPC2138as the core, the data acquisition board with external modules is designed, module circuits including CPU,Power,external memory,watchdog.communications and program download are detailedly designed.Thirdly,the problem that the collected data is unstable due to vibrations in the transmission process of the conveyor belt is researched.Basic filtering algorithm and kalman filter algorithm are posed to deal with it.The softwares of Lower machine and host computer are designed.Besides, the485network is elaborated;Finally, softwares of Lower machine and PC for modbus/rtu communication protocol are designed.Fourthly,Belt tension mechanical model is studied.Under different traffic conditions,sag data are collected.The functional relation of sag and flow is fitted with the least square method, the mathematical model between the optimal sag and flow is drew.The fitting results are substituted in the tension mechanical model.finally,the mathematical model between the optimal sag and tension is drew.Finally, debugging and running the designed PC software system,main functions including system settings, status monitoring, database management and data analysis are achieved.
