Along with precision guided weapons play an increasingly prominent role in the modern high-tech local wars, as the precision-guided weapons’s eye of navigation system also have been paid more attention and concern. Combined the advantages of GPS/SINS integrated navigation system with strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) have an advantage of high data update speed and global positioning system (GPS) global navigation accuracy within a short period of time, all time along, navigation accuracy is stable over time, which is one of the mainstream direction in navigationthe system development.This paper has its background of a certain type of guided weapons’s research and development, through the study of the theoretical of GPS/SINS integrated navigation system, digital simulation, and verification of the actual system, we developed a missile-borne GPS/SINS Integrated Navigation Systems which is used in the guided weapons.Firstly, this paper introduced the development status of the integrated navigation technology at home and abroad, and studied SINS GPS/SINS Integrated System navigation principles, integrated navigation method. Secondly, based on position, velocity, and then combined with the actual project selection, this paper derived systemsthe equation of state and measurement equations, feedback correction system. In order to verify the correctness and applicability of the algorithm, we use C++language to program a GPS/SINS navigation digital simulation system and simulated the work situation of the navigation system of the carrier in different flight status; subsequently built a half-physical simulation based on DSP onboard computer system and completed the semi-physical simulation of integrated navigation system; Finally, after a number of car experiments and more digital simulation, semi-physical simulation tests vehicle experiment, show that the missile-borne GPS/SINS Integrated Navigation System have a high positioning accuracy, good stability, which achieved the actual project requirements.
