Guided ammunition emerges as the times require in the new century and new situation,it is a kind of ammunition that can realize precision strikes, steering gear works as a actuator of guided missile’s servo system, it is also an important part of the rolling missile’s control system. This topic puts forward a new type of steering gear control ideas and solutions on the basis of the steering gear system-the spin stable steering gear, the control system is different with the conventional steering system t, the advantage is that it can reduce the cost, reduce the volume of missile and the difficulty of design.According to the ideas, The article designs a set of steering servo system based on DSP, the system chooses TMS320C6747chip as CPU, using brushless dc motor as servo actuator motor, building a digital three closed loops control strategy, to precisely realize the rudder surface lift direction tracking. This article first introduces the spin stable steering gear control technology theory, then focuses on hardware circuit design and software design of the control system.Through analysis of brushless dc motor’s working principle, The article design hardware circuit at first. Using control circuit and drive circuit separate design style, and high voltage and weak voltage are isolated through the optical coupling, the power drive chip chooses IR2110, there is also a protection circuit that works with chip, the system can forbid PWM output once the hardware circuit has a fault.The control system uses three closed loop control strategy, so the article sets up a double closed loop speed regulation system at first, then for the phase control,as a result of the most use of PID control in engineering application, the position loop chooses incremental PID control. At the beginning of the software design, in order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, the article uses MATLAB/SIMULINK to establish the spin stable steering gear control system model, the model is divided into speed control system and position servo system, this paper introduces the position loop control algorithm design process, built a rudder surface lift direction vector angle calculation module. Through the analysis of the simulation, the results show that the system design is reasonable, real-time, fast response, well resistance, reaching to the system design requirements of the fast response and accurate performance.
