Railroad is the main artery that traffic carries,it is having main effect innational economy progress. The development of high-speed railway enhancedthe efficiency of railway transportation, the future future development of railwayis high-speed.As the developing of MU trains, high performance stability andbraking is required.Train foundation brake system as the implementing agencydirectly affects the security of the train. So the further research to the reliabilityof MU foundation brake system have much theory meaning and practicalityvalue. the paper makes a deep analysis in the foundation brake system. On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign scholars study, focus onthe method of closed-loop repairable system, programming the software programof the reliability analysis, and application software for analysis. The main achievements are obtained as follows:1) Basic concepts of system reliability is introduced, research the reliabilityanalysis process of GO method. study the repairable system with GO method.2) The block diagram of foundation brake system is presented,researchclosed-loop repairable system GO methodology based on the theory of the smallsample, establish a system reliability model, quantitative and qualitative analysisof the foundation brake system. The proposed method is also proved by MonteCarlo simulation.3) Establishment reliability analysis software with VC++6.0based on GOmethod, order to achieve reliability evaluation functionality.Through the MU foundation brake system reliability modeling andsimulation research provide a theoretical basis for the operation andmaintenance of MU.The results can provide reference for manufacturers todesign and research, provide reference method for timing complex multi-statesystem reliability analysis.
