Zinc oxide (ZnO) varistors nonlinear characteristics of its superior, strong anti-surge capacity and good stability by people of all ages, has been widely used. The ZnO varistors ceramic material consists of zinc oxide-based material added several3D transition metal oxides as the role ingredients by sintering; it has the excellent characteristics of the higher the nonlinear characteristic of the high potential gradient. The main contents of the thesis:On the basis of the basic recipe, respectively, at0%,0.1%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0mole%under the conditions of doped nickel oxide, the highest temperature of1145℃the high pressure the sintering curves sintered wafer used in the production line, and through electrical testing component selected excellent electrical properties, with the basic recipe comparative analysis of the NiO doping on the electrical properties of ZnO varistors based formulation conditions the original film electrical parameters ElmA=3.56KV/cm α=65, the leakage current0.34μA. Concluded that Ni-doped ZnO varistors will have a significant impact on its electrical properties.Select2%mol of NiO doped conditions, doped with1mol%,2mol%of component iridium oxide analysis of the electrical characteristics of the voltage gradient has improved significantly, but the other parameters noticeable performance degradation.Doped in the basic formulation of2%by mol of NiO doped on the basis of0%,0.1%,0.5%,1%mol,2mol%of titanium dioxide, respectively, in the high-pressure sintering process and the low-pressure sintering process the prepared wafer, the electrical performance analysis doped into titanium dioxide varistors voltage will be significantly decreased by XRD, SEM, EDS analysis of samples, after contrast Ti-doped zinc oxide grains increased significantly.Conclusion:A3D transition metal doped ZnO varsity has great potential in the electrical properties.
