Maintenance concept is an important part of equipments maintenance support system and is a layout of maintenance support in the highest level. Making up the maintenance scientifically to optimize the deployment of maintenance support resources is very meaningful to improve the equipments serviceable rate.Considering the characteristics of maintenance support system at peacetime,and based on the process modeling and simulation of maintenance support system.this dissertation made a research on the maintenance of the self propelled antiaircraft gun,which includes:(1)The dissertation made clearly the maintenance support of the weapon system of self propelled antiaircraft gun at peacetime be the object of this research and analyzed the related concepts. The maintenance concepts of the weapon system of self propelled antiaircraft gun and maintenance support procedure at peacetime were studied.Based on our investigation,the problems of the current maintenance support system were also provided.(2) With the analysis of current process modeling methods,we consider that ARIS has big advantages in advanced functions,sortware supportability and modeling ability,etc.Equipments maintenance support has much common with business of the enterprises,therefore the processing modeling methods in the business of enterprise can also be used in equipments maintenance support.Hence here we choose ARIS the research method.(3) The dissertation established the ARIS based equipment model,organization model and maintenance support processing model.With the integrated simulation tools in ARIS to model the maintenance processing model of the self propelled antiaircraft gun and with the analysis of simulation data and evaluation indices of maintenance concept at peacetime,we found the bottleneck of maintenance support processing.(4) The dissertation improved the personnel and spare parts in the equipments maintenance concept and had a simulation of the improved model. The results of the simulation showed that the reparability probability was largely increased.In all, the above research has testified the effectiveness of the ARIS based assay method of maintenance concept of the weapon system of self propelled antiaircraft gun,to provide a reference for the optimization of the program.
