The NVH of a vehicle is one of the important indicators to measure the overall performance of a vehicle. And as the main component of the vehicle vibration isolation system, the powertrain mounting system has an affection on the vehicle’s comfortable and NVH. So a good powertrain mounting system not only can reduce the transmission of vibration effectively to improve the performance of NVH, but also can protect the powertrain system and extend its life.Meanwhile, along with the energy crisis such as the non-renewable resource like oil and the pollution caused by the growing number of vehicles, all the automobile company take their attention to energy conservation and environmental protection when they do some research and development of the vehicle. More and more people paid their attention to the HEV because of their low fuel consumption, low-emission, high cost performance advantages. This paper studied the research based on the powertrain mounting system of the diesel-electric hybrid bus. And the main work includes the following contents:At first, the theoretical analysis of powertrain mounting system had been analyzed, and then the analysis model of powertrain mounting system had been built, including the mathematical model and mechanical model,based on the theoretical analysis;And then after the powertrain system of diesel-electric hybrid passenger car had been designed, the appropriate powertrain layout scheme had been selected, and the parameters of the mounting such as the stiffness and the position had been gotten. And then test the mass parameters of the powertrain mounting system by the machine MPC. And then calculated of the natural frequency and mode shapes by MATLAB software programming and checked the result by ADAMS based on the above theoretical modelsAt last set the natural frequencies of mount system and modal decoupling as target and set the stiffness of the suspension as the Optimization variables. And do the multi-objective optimization by MATLAB program based on the classical theory such as the isolation theory and optimization theory. Finally the vibration isolation performance of powertrain mounting system, the comfortable and NVH performance of the diesel-electric hybrid bus had been improved.
