| This paper introduces the development of the smart ammunitions and detecting technology at home and abroad. A kind of half active laser-guided miniature smart ammunition was proposed and the associated circuit and software were designed. Firstly, the method of detection and guidance were analyzed. Guidance based on laser and relay guide was chosen. And so was the guidance way of projectile tracking. The detecting and accepting devices of miniature smart ammunitions were studied. The theory of the four-quadrant detector and the main factors affecting the four-quadrant detector’s accuracy were analyzed. The appropriate quadrant detector GT111was selected.Secondly, the hardware system was designed. OPA655was used to build the trans-impedance preamplifier circuit as to improve response bandwidth. And the noise of the preamplifier circuit was analyzed. The voltage and trans-conductance peak hold circuit were compared. And the circuit based on OPA860was designed. A miniature microcontroller MSP430F149was used. The minimum circuit was designed.At last, the software system was designed. C430language of MSP430was used and the modular design was taken. The system software design flow chart was given. And the function and setting of each module were analyzed. In order to debug the system conveniently, the program for the LCD was designed for the observation while taking single acquisition. A simulation experiment was taken to test the function of the system. The experiment showed that the system can acquire and analysis the singles fast and accurately. |
