Tracked engineering vehicles are often used in harsh environment becauseof its good passing ability and adaptability. when vehicles are operated,therandom excitation from ground and the vehicle vibration aroused by thevibration of the operation of engine,not only damage drivers’ phschological andphysical health but also cause a great deal of vibration pollution and reduce theworking efficiency greatly. The vehicles vibration reduction system consists oftracked engineering vehicles suspension system and the cab vibration reductiondevice。And its vibration reduction performance is directly related to the stabilityof vehicles and the comfortableness of drivers. Therefore,more accurate studyfor the damping vibration characteristics of the vibration reduction system oftracked engineering vehicles has a great meaning for studying how to reduce thevibration of tracked engineering vehicles at run-time.This paper,on the basis of introducing the vibration reduction structure ofgeneral tracked engineering vehicles and evaluating the characteristic of eachquota of its vibration, establishes8degree of freedom3d mechanical model oftracked engineering vehicles vibration reduction system(mainly including thevehicle suspension system and the cab vibration reduction device), and thenthrough some proper hypotheses sets up its mathematical model. Then itestablishes the solving simulated program of its mathematical model under theSIMULINK module of Matlab software. And it chooses different randomexcitations from four different ground situations respectively which comply withtracked vehicles’ real operation environment as its vibration input. Finally bycomparing each quota of vibration system with one another under differentground situations, it can show the damping vibration characteristics oftracked vehicles and it can also prove that8degree of freedom3d mechanicalmodel is reasonable.The above research the establishment of8degree of freedom3d model notonly are of considerable referential importance in further accurate research intracked vehicles and its vibration characteristics, but also offer both a good basisfor further precise research in the influence caused by any vibration reduction device to vibration reduction effect and a certain theoretical basis for furtherdeepening of the intelligent control of vehicles vibration and research in vehiclesdynamics performance.
