Althoughrotomolding industry started late in China,it has obtained rapid development in recent years.Our country plastic boat manufacturing level within5m,while foreign plastic boats can beproduced within30m, so there is still a huge gap.This paper studied the small plastic boat, Primary contents of this paper can besummarized as follows:Firstly, review the developing history of rotomolding technology and shipping,Proposed the rotomolding ship has a bright future,Through the analysis of the developmentof shipbuilding materials.Secondly, Check the stability of the small plastic boat of830aquatic product carrier;Thirdly, introduce the small ship structure design and calculation specification;calculate the normal mode and the dynamic analysis of the boat when sail in the waves.Fourthly, Introduces the mold design of small vessels, analyze the characteristics ofthe ship forming mould design.Finally, analyze the principles of rolling forming process, advantages anddisadvantages,the key technique in the molding process,study the flame processingtechnology, and put forward the improvement.
