| The thesis introduces the development of the high-speed electric multiple unit and the background of its join -unchain control panel, analyses components and working function of its control system, clarifies the control objects. After debugging the join -unchain control panel and analyzing the logic record, the thesis has corrected the inhere flow chart, validated the correct logic relationship of input and output signals; After considering the design principle from many aspects, the type of PLC and the programming language have finally been confirmed.There are many methods to realize the procedure’s sequence control, after comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the main-control instruction, main procedure transferring instruction and normal input-output instruction, the thesis finally brings forward a kind of intuitionistic program method with strong readability and maintainability. And the new method has finally succeeded in simulate debugging in the lab and the field investigation, which means the procedure has realized all the function of the join-unchain control panel, and the success of the new procedure establishes the foundation for the purpose of nationalization. |
