The technologies for testing residue of organophosphate, organochlorine andpyrethroid pesticide in berry fruit food such as blueberry, blackberry and strawberryhave been developed using GC-MS/MS as the main analytical method. The testmethods were established the corroboration analysis for determinations of106pesticides multiresidue in berry fruit food and the pretreatment platform for pesticidemultiresidues was builded.The experimental result was applied to build a determination platform for pesticidemultiresidue of berry fruit food by comparing pesticide multiresidual extractionefficiency of homogenate, oscillation and fast solvent extraction to organophosphate,organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide and purifying effect of GPC, SPE andQuEChERS to berry fruit food through contrastive analysis of GC, GC-MS andGC-MS/MS to pesticide multiresidue.The object of this study is to establish a QuEChERS sample pretreatment platformand a gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method for corroborationanalysis for determinations of more than106pesticides in berry fruit food. Dosages ofmatrix dispersant such as GCB, PSA and C18were optimized in the process of samplepurification. So were collision voltage of GC-MS/MS and selected ion pair at the sametime.The method has both economic benefit and social benefit with the advantages offast extraction, good purifying effect, easily operation, short parsing time, large quantityof detected pesticide and high accuracy.
