The flowing field of artificial reefs was studied by PIV (particle imagevelocimetry) two-dimensional flow field measurements and water channel physicalinvestigation. It was studied of the flow field of single cube artificial reefs which theopening ratio of the monomer were0,0.04,0.16,0.25at three different incomingvelocities of180mm/s,112mm/s,67mm/s, longitudinal catamaran artificial reefs atfour different reef spacing of50mm,100mm,150mm and200mm and combinedartificial reefs. The results showed that: in the flowing field of single cube artificialreefs, the opening ratio of the artificial reefs was the major factor influencingupwelling average velocity and area of reverse vortex, and the effect of the incomingflowing velocities was found to be less significant; in the flowing field of longitudinalcatamaran artificial reefs, the opening ratio of the artificial reefs also was the majorfactor influencing upwelling average velocity and area of reverse vortex, and theeffect of the reef spacing was found to be less significant; in the flowing field ofcombined artificial reefs, it was preferably influence of the flowing field that incidentflow surface was slop and reverse vortex surface was upright, in other words, theartificial reefs combination into rectangular trapezoidal was more better. |
