Through determining the LD50of mouse-Aeromonas Veronii isolates (AH-21), artificial infecting mouse model was built.distribution of Aeromonas Veronii and pathological changes in different organs were studied in artificial infected mice disease model by the method of immunohistochemistry and pathohistoloy. The results showed there was interrelationship between the disposition and the infected pathological damages.60mice were infected with AH-21through peritoneal injection while10normal sturgeons were performed as negative control. Mice of each group were dissected after infection at4h,8h,12h,16h,20h,24h,48h,72h respectively. The liver, spleen, kidney, brain, lung, heart, intestine were carried out through the gross lesions, histopathological and IHC.The injected mice showed apparent clinical symptoms in late experiment period. The Liver, spleen and kidney became intumescent, the bleeding was showed around Lung during12and16hours.The majoy clinical symptoms during48and72hours was abdominal swelling as well as bloody water outflow, Liver, spleen and kidney became severely intumescent, dark red.Intestine was flatulent while full of yellow mucus.Histopathological observation showed that the liver cells vacuolar denature, necrotic, brown pigment deposition in liver cells of some mice; Myocardial fiber gap widened, broken, edema; congestion of spleen, reducing the number of lymphocyte, there are lymphocyte necrosis and disintegration in spleen white pilp.; Lung bleeding and the wall of pulmonary alveolus Congestion seriously, and inflammatory cells infiltrated; micro-thrombus and increaseing of lymphocyte in glomerular;intestinal muscle fiber fracture dissolution, swelling, expand;brain vascular endothelial cells swelling seriously, and micro-thrombus in brain artery. The results of immunohistochemical detection were as follows:positive signals were first appeared in the liver, spleen, kidney at8h, positive signals were still detected in the liver, spleen, kidney at12h and16h, Weakly positive signals appeared at the Lung at20h post-infection.With time went by, positive signals became stronger in the liver, spleen, kidney during20h and72h, positive signals were detected in the heart, gut, brain after24h. the positive signals were mainly located in the cytoplasm of infected cells, and occasionally appeard in the intercellular substance. Aeromonas hydrophila first infected liver, spleen, kidney, cardiac muscle and other organizations, and then extended to the brain, intestines and lung during the whole infection. The results of Aeromonas veronii distribution in mice tissue and pathological changes of experimental infection showed that the there was positive correlation between the distribution of Aeromonas veronii in the mice and the infected pathological damage.
