Acupuncture Hegu Point The Adjustment Role Of Migraine Vasomotor Mechanism And Clinical Research

Objective:To evaluate the therapy which treats migraine through acupuncturing fengchi point and other adjunct acupuncture points. To study the adjustment of acupuncturing fengchi point in treating the vasomotor mechanism of migraine.Methods:To threat the thirty patient who are met inclusion criteria with acupuncture threpy, one time a day,30minutes every time,6times one course, one day apart, treat with three courses. To evaluate the efficacy with VAS of one hour before the treatment,1h、24h、72h after the treatment repectively. The model of migraine were establ ished to observe behavioral change of the migraine models rats by acupuncturing their fengchi point, to detect the expression of5-HT1B receptor and RAMP, in middle meningeal artery by strept avidin-biotin complex, to detect the expression of the MLCK in middle meningeal artery by strept avidin-biot in complex, and to detect the change of activity of MLCK by enzymatic reaction.Results:①The result reveals that difference of the VAS grades between before and after the treatment was significant(P<0.01).②To observe the contraction of the thirty model rats facial and masseter muscle contract ion, conduct statistical analysis about the contractile frequency respectively of0-lmin, in1-3min,3-5min,5-10min four time for facial muscles and chew muscle. Compare with the different groups in the same time,all have obvious difference (p<0.01); the same groups in the different time period have no obvious dif ference (p>0.05).③5-HT1H and RAMP1expression area in blank control group compared with normal group have a significant difference(P<0.01), acupuncture fengchi point group and fengchi point prevention group compared with the blank control group all together, RAMP, expression area have a significantly reduced (P<0.05),5-HT1B, expression area have no significant changes (P>0.05).④MLCK expression area in blank control group compared with normal group have a significant difference(P<0.01),acupuncture fengchi point group compared with fengchi point prevention group have no significant changes(P>0.05),but they compared with the blank control group have a significant difference(P<0.01).⑤The activity of MLCK in blank control group compared with normal group have a significant difference(P<0.01), acupuncture fengchi point group compared with fengchi point prevention group have no significant changes (P>0.05),but they compared with the blank control group have a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:This treatment through acupuncturing fengchi point and other adjunct acupuncture points has striking and exact effect. The result shows that in the stage of migraine attacks,CGRP signal was activated and5-IIT signal was silenced,MLCK mediated signal path smooth muscle contraction is restrained, the pool of acupuncture point acupuncture vascular reactive more is through the CGRP signal way, MLCK mediated signal path smooth muscle contraction inhibition of terminat ion or get react ivated, make MLC phosphorylat ion process smoothly, served its vascular shrinking effection.
